A Hero

She needed a hero so that's what she became.

I wanted to be many things when I grow up.

A private investigator. A lawyer (Dear God!). An actress. A writer. A teacher. A designer. A rock star. An inventor. A traveler. (What? It can be a profession).

I wanted to do many important things. And change lives for better. Shooting way too high? Definitely. I am not gonna lie.

I never wanted to be a coward. Being brave is so important to me. (And I am not a Gryffindor gal. Ravenclaw is in the house.)  Nevertheless, bravery is quite important to me.

Believe in yourself. Easier said than done? But that's the most important thing. Nobody will do it better than you. You know who you are, even when you feel completely lost. It's OK to be lost. We find ourselves eventually.

Be your own hero.

Screw the rules. (You know what I mean.) Expectations of those who know nothing of you. Screw the failure. It only made you stronger. Screw the lie. That lie that is whispered in your ear: ''You're not good enough''. S-C-R-E-W that shit!

You are wonderful! In any and every possible way if you allow yourself to be. You can do amazing things. You can shoot for the stars. You can.

Let nobody convince you otherwise.
